What's in a Report?

We are proud of our reports, and the service to our clients. We do not accept or pay commission to anyone, and people who recommend us
do so because we are the best in our business, not like some others who pay kickbacks to agents & solicitors for every referral. We are professional & we are independent !!

Structural Building Report:

This report includes a comprehensive review of the building structure and includes such areas as; brick walls, wall frames, roof structure, sub floor spaces, eaves lining, fascias & gutters, roof coverings, external claddings, internal walls & ceilings, tiling to wet areas, floor finishes, we check all the lights, power-points, water taps and operation of all doors and windows. Presentation is in a full colour photos relating to the accompanying text, and provided as a PDF document.

Pest Inspection Report:

This report includes a thorough inspection of the interior and exterior of the house, with particular attention to the sub floor spaces, roof spaces, detached garages and other out buildings, fences, trees and any areas that might promote termites, borers or fungal decay, due to poor ventilation or damp conditions and storage of materials on site. Presentation is in full colour photos relating to the accompanying text, bound in a durable cover approx 20 pages. (Pest & Building reports are combined into 40 pages.)

Building Compliance Report:

This report verifies whether or not the buildings, structures, renovations and additions on the block are approved and in accordance with regulations. Particular attention is noted to pergolas & decks which are often built with no approval and regard for siting in relation to boundaries and are often poorly designed and built with unsuitable materials. All the approval documents, plans and certificates are bound into the report, for convenient reference and storage. The presentation is full colour photos that relate to the accompanying text, with an easy to review check list and appendix summary related to the approved file documents that are also attached.

Energy Rating Report:

Full energy rating report as required in the ACT, which lists the rating out of 6 stars, and includes advice on improvements that could make the house more energy efficient.

Asbestos Advisory Notes:

Contains information to help owners be informed about potential locations of asbestos materials in their home, (on request).
